Update: If they say they will get back to you in a few days, YOU have to reach out to them to make sure they stick to their word and follow up on what they need to. I now have a suspended registration and need to pay a reinstatement fee because although I reached out with ample time so my registration wouldn’t lapse with the DMV, something on StateFarm’s end got messed up and no one caught it in time (even though they told me they would follow up and figure it out the next day).

I had to reach out myself once I figured out I had no coverage and even then there was no apology or anything."
