"I’ve been a State Farm customer for many, many years. Today I talked to David at my local office to get an explanation of why my rate went up so much. I was hoping it was a mistake but unfortunately there are many logical reasons why rates have increased and I felt better understanding them. He also helped me figure out where I could cut down some of my coverage and save money that way. Much appreciated."
