"The best experience I have ever had with an insurance agent and her name is Laranda she works in the Christie Kennedy office in Alameda. She went above and beyond for me from the beginning of our conversation to getting me insurance in less than 20 mins (I must say which was almost a week later because I had so much going on) but she communicated the whole time and was very understanding and empathetic. "My current auto insurance policy is with Progressive and is up for renewal soon. I have full coverage and wanted to compare rates with other carriers. A friend suggested that I get a quote from his State Farm agent. He was very happy with them. I called and spoke with Crystal and she was very helpful in giving me a quote for identical coverage and answering all my questions. She also gave me recommendations to consider. Unfortunately, their quote was almost $200 more than Progressive. If it was equal or less, I probably would have switched because of the quality of customer service I received from Crystal. I had a good experience dealing with her on the phone."

"My experience with Christie's office was great! Although I did not move forward with State Farm's insurance policy, Laranda was extremely helpful and responsive in hearing out my situation and making sure I was able to get a quote in a timely manner while navigating through a complex arrangement. It was a pleasant time working with Laranda, and she went out of her way to process my quote after hours, something she did not need to do. I was sad that after all the work she put in, the policy was out of my budget, but in the future, I would be happy to return to Christie's office when I am in a better situation to work with them again on another insurance policy."
